ANTIOXIDANT 626 - Product Overview
Synonyms:Ultranox 626, Antioxidant 24
ANTIOXIDANT 626 contains higher phosphorus which can provides higher antioxidant activity,it's a high performance secondary antioxidant. It also can be used as metal ion passivating agent. 626 is contactable with food packaging under the suitable usage. It can be complex used with phenolic antioxidant,ultraviolet absorber and hindered amine stabilizer, achieving a system with good processing and long-term stability. Its applications include polyolefins,PS,PVC, polyester,and PC. It can be used in the recycle materials,improving the color stability,processing stability and heat stability.
Uses:
The product is a kind of high-effective solid phosphite ester antioxidant, which is superior to
other phosphite ester in the effective protection of polymers color. It is often blended with
phenolic principal antioxidant (such as Antioxidant 1010) to prepare composite antioxidant
which improves the thermo-stability of polymer processing, thus making it widely applied in
PE, PP, PS, PA, PC, ABS and many other polymer materials. Reference dosage: 0.1%～
0.3%.
Package and Storage:
Paper-plastic composite bags or cardboard boxes or cardboard pails with
aluminum foil liners, net weight 25kg, or according to customers’ requirements. Because of
the low performance on hydrolyzing resistance, protection from moisture and heat is
needed. Period of validity:6 months..
